The US dollar official exchange rate announced by the Central Bank of Russia as of November 1, 2002 amounted to 31.7701 rubles, an increase of 2.93 kopecks on the previous figure, Bank of Russia foreign and public relations department informed RIA Novosti.
The euro's exchange rate as of November 1, 2002 is 31.3666 rubles to the euro, an increase of 18.76 kopecks on the previous figure.
