"I would like to point out the speed and the good quality of construction. The apartments are well-planned - they are bright apartment with spacious kitchens. The residents of Nizhny Novgorod, who previously lived in unsatisfactory conditions, will move to truly comfortable apartments complete with all conveniences. The apartments will be available with municipal finishing, and people will not have to invest anything in them. One can move in and live there. Our main goal is to fully solve the problem of the old housing stock in 5 years and to significantly reduce the waiting list for public sector workers," Kondrashov told News-NN.
This is the first building in the city that comes with ready-to-live finishing. The building will be put in operation at the end of June 2012. As many as 139 families will move into new flats. Many of them will move into the new apartments from the old housing stock. The list of lucky families also includes 31 families of public sector workers.
More than 220 million rubles were assigned for the construction of the apartment building.
