A diver is missing after a shark attack Wednesday off a popular beach near the southern Australian city of Adelaide.
Two divers had been diving from a boat about 2 kilometers (1.24 miles) off the Glenelg Beach when a shark attacked after 4 p.m. (06:30 GMT), Police Inspector Colin Cunningham said.
"One person had made it back to the boat and the other person is missing," Cunningham said.
Police boats are taking part in a search, he said.
No information on the type of shark involved or gender of divers was immediately available, the AP reports.
