For the 14th time, a bank robber nicked name the Fishing Hat bandit, because of the hat he wears, has struck again, and again, got away.
The man, thought to be in his 50s, gave a teller a threatening note and left the bank on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. The FBI does not have any solid clues to go on other than the man's description.
