Al Qaeda instructors trained Uzbekistani bombers who carried out recent attacks in Tashkent, Uzbekistani State Prosecutor Rashid Kadyrov declared at a briefing in Uzbekistani capital Tashkent. Terrorists were influenced by the East Turkestan Islamic Movement, and the Uzbekistani extremist movement Hizb ut Tahrir, Kadyrov stressed.
According to him, terrorists have been training since 2000. One man stood behind the terrorist group, he was linked to Al Qaeda and participated in training and financing the group of fighters from abroad. 47 people died in several blasts in Uzbekistan.
