South Korean consul's car runs over pedestrian in Vladivostok

The automobile of the South Korean general consul in Vladivostok has run over a pedestrian on a motorway, the State Auto Inspection of the Primorye territory, the Far Eastern federal district, has reported.

The accident took place on the 733rd km of the federal motorway Vladivostok-Khabarovsk. The general consul's car ran over a woman, RIA Novosti's interlocutor said.

The woman died on the scene of the accident. She has not been identified yet.

According to preliminary information, the automobile was driven by the consul himself, the source said.
