Explosion caused the University fire in Moscow?

An online media "Gazeta.R" informs that a source from the Moscow University of Peoples' Friendship claimed the main version of the fire in the university's dormitory is an explosion. The version about guiltiness of the three Nigerian students from the room 203 has not been proven yet.

The source also claims that all the three girls are also dead, and their bodies were found. FSB officers observed that room 203 is located right in front of the only working stairway in the building, that is why all 4 upper floors were blocked right after the fire had begun.

Currently, works at the spot are still going. About 15 bodies are not yet recognized. An obstacle for recognition is that many victims either lived there illegally or came to visit friends that night. Four of the victims are Russian citizens.

The university administration provided 1mln rubles to support the students.
