As the on-duty officer of the regional department for civil defense and extraordinary situations has told RIA Novosti, the rescue climbers have been able to bring the body of the dead Miloslaw Smilowski down the slope to the height of 2,500 meters. From that place, the body of the Czech tourist was evacuated with the help of a helicopter.

Soon the body of the tourist will be taken to the hospital of the town of Klyuchi and subsequently transported to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatski for its further delivery to the tourist's home country.

The Czech tourist, who was a member of the 20-men Czech group ascending the volcano, received a severe injury on August 4 from the fall of stones on the volcano, which is now becoming active, and died.
