Terrorists blew up an incomplete school building in Chechnya in the early hours of June 28. The school was located in Dyshne-Vedeno village, Vedeno district, south-eastern Chechnya, the Chechen republican interior ministry reports.
A high-explosive land mine was planted inside the school basement; a considerable part of the building was destroyed, a ministry official told RIA-NOVOSTI.
In his words, two soldiers were killed in the blast.
