Yesterday, police found over 30 kg of plastic-base explosives in a cache arranged in an uninhabited house on the Khmelnitskaya street in the centre of Chechnya's capital Grozny, RIA Novosti learned in the Russian Interior Ministry's temporary press service in the North Caucasus.
The explosives were eliminated on the spot.
Apart from this, during operative activities in the Zavodskoy district in Grozny the police found an anti-tank missile system Fagot and some shells for a hand-held grenade launcher.
Investigation has been launched to find those who arranged the cache.
