Four American soldiers were killed and about ten wounded as a result of a rocket strike against US Lak Deval base in the province of Paktia, in the east of Afghanistan, on Tuesday. According to obtained information, the base was attacked by four rockets. Moreover, Taliban terrorists launched 28 unguided rockets against Argun aerodrome, occupied by American soldiers, this Tuesday.
The information of possible casualties is kept in secret, though witnesses say that numerous fires broke out on the territory of the aerodrome.
The outskirts of Lak Deval base and Argun Aerodrome are patrolled by US combat helicopters to spot and eliminate terrorist groups.
