2 policemen wounded in Chechnya
Two policemen were wounded as a result of a terrorist act in the Leninsky district in Grozny (Chechnya).
The incident occurred in a Grozny street, the Chechen Interior Affairs Department said. Policemen were coming off duty and heading for a checkpoint in a lorry. In the Leninsky district the lorry exploded on a radio-control land-mine.
A captain and sergeant of the police were taken to hospital with numerous shrapnel wounds.
