another 15 operations held in Chechnya

The units of the federal forces' grouping have held 15 special operations to eliminate members of illegal armed formations in the past 24 hours. The Regional operative staff responsible for the anti-terrorist operation said that operations swept over nearly all the territory, including Grozny. During the operations two militants were eliminated, with more than 30 detained. The operations prevented terror attacks against servicemen. The cache of weaponry was also liquidated. The Staff also noted that financing of militants was blocked. More than 120 illegal oil refineries were spotted out and dismantled.
