Terrorist Trying To Set An Explosive At Crossroads Detained In Chechnya

In the course of a strategic operation officers of the Federal Security Service (FSS) Department on the Chechen Republic detained a terrorist Tuesday. The Russian FSS Public Relations Center officials said Wednesday that he was detained at a crossroads between the settlements of Assinovskaya and Sernovodsk, trying to set a high-explosive bomb made up of a 125-mm artillery shell, 200 g of plastics and 2 electric detonators. Investigation activities have been started on the fact of the incident.
