Chechnya: 5 Bandits Die In Skirmish

Five bandits died in a skirmish as Interior soldiers stopped their Zhiguli car 400 metres south of Zakan Yurt village this morning. There were two grenade-launchers, twelve hand grenades and 328 5.45 mm submachine-gun cartridges in the car. No identity papers were found on the bodies, reports the federal Interior Ministry interim press centre for the North Caucasus.
