The Russian Foreign Ministry intends to demand from the Turkish authorities that they ensure the security of Russian citizens and institutions operating in its territory, said Igor Ivanov, head of the Russian Foreign Ministry, in reply to a RIA Novosti question. Igor Ivanov said that unless such steps are taken, the relations between the two countries "may change dramatically."
