Terrorists made footage of blasts on march 24 in North Caucasus

According to an operative officer conducting an investigation into the March 24 terrorist acts in Mineralnye Vody and Yessentuki, terrorists made a video footage of the blasts to present as evidence to those who ordered the acts. Apparently, the crowd that gathered immediately after the explosions allowed the terrorists to tape consequences unobserved. The police confiscated a spyglass from one of the terrorists, who had been already accused of terrorism some time before. The man used the spyglass to watch the developments after the explosions. As is known, 23 people, including several children, were killed in the explosions, both of which were ordered by Chechen separatists.
