Russian Prosecutor General Vladimir Ustinov, investigators and medical experts intend to embark onboard the Kursk nuclear powered submarine which was recently separated from the Giant-4 barge and placed on keel blocks in the floating dock of the Roslyakovo shipyards. Under the presidential instructions, Vladimir Ustinov arrived in Severomorsk by a special flight and immediately headed for the Roslyakovo village. He is heading a group of investigators of the General and Military Prosecutor's Office, probing into the case of the Kursk wreckage on August 12, 2000.
