Ninety private houses restored at federal expense are to be offered for housing in the Naur and Gudermes regions, Chechnya, soon, press secretary of the Chechen government Alla Vlazneva told RIA Novosti. According to her, owners of houses participated in the building and restoration work under labour agreements with building organizations. "The restoration work has got off the ground," Vlazneva noted. Five outpatient clinics (a children's one among them), the first town hospital, the republican T.B. prophylactic centre and medical college are being rebuilt in Grozny, she said.
