While carrying out a special operation in Chechnya's Kurchaloi township and Octyabrskoye settlement, the Joint Group of Federal Forces has discovered a great deal of arms belonging to militants, the Russian federal interior ministry's press service told RIA Novosti Wednesday. Joint group of forces found one RPG-26 grenade cup discharger, one Kalashnikov sub-machine-gun and 37 magazines, two PSM pistols, a self-made revolver of a 5.6-mm calibre, 4 fowling pieces, two telescopic sights, a night vision device, a 152-mm artillery shell, 6 mines, 60 grenade charges, 30 grenades, 19 electric detonators, over 7,000 cartridges of different calibres and nearly 2 kg of trotyl. Two locals were detained for keeping fire arms and ammunition, according to the press service.
