Kursk's installation into the dock located in the Roslyakovo village near Murmansk has been postponed for the next week. According to Chief of the press service at the Russian Northern Fleet Vladimir Navrotsky, this decision was made Thursday in the course of a session with participation of the Russian Navy Commander-in-Chief Vladimir Kuroyedov. Postponement was proposed by Mammoet experts. They proved their conclusions by mathematic calculations, which were presented during the session. In particular, the experts believe that the attaching of pontoons, as well as the pumping in and out of water will take more time than it was first predicted. It was previously planned that the submarine would be installed in the dock on Saturday.
