Commander of the Joint Group of Forces in Chechnya Vladimir Moltenskoy assured that those responsible for the death of Muslim Bisultanov, 11, in the Prigorodnoye village would be punished. The general announced this at a meeting with the village residents invited to the Government House Wednesday. The Chechen government representatives and heads of all the power agencies of the republic participated in the meeting. Bisultanov was supposedly wounded by a grenade from a tubular grenade launcher and died of shrapnel wounds. The Chechen Military and Civil Prosecutor's Offices are investigating this fact, the General said adding he would not neglect this accident. Chechen Prosecutor Vsevolod Chernov said, in his turn, a task group was investigating the case. Chechen Premier Stanislav Ilyasov earlier told RIA Novosti he intended to keep an eye on the investigation of the teenager's death.
