Chechen militants have killed five civilians in Chechnya, including the deputy head of a district administration, Russia's interior ministry press service told RIA Novosti. On Tuesday, bandits shot dead the 36-year-old deputy administration head and two local residents visiting his house, in the Starye Atagi settlement of the Grozny district. The police found cartridge cases of the 5.45-mm calibre at the site of the incident. In addition, fighters killed two men from an automatic rifle in the Gekhi Urus-Martan district. The crimes are being investigated, reported the press service.
