Ilya Klebanov, the Russian Vice-Premier and the head of the commission investigating the cause of the wreck of the Kursk nuclear submarine, believes that the new data obtained after salvaging the sub, will help to reveal the true cause of the wreck. Speaking with journalists on Friday, Klebanov reported that the commission investigating the tragedy's cause together with investigators of the Prosecutor General's Office had started analysing all that had been found in the salvaged sub. According to the Vice-Premier, experts are currently performing several very sophisticated experiments and calculations. Their completion will take approximately two months because of the enormous volume of work. "I cannot give you a 100% guarantee that we will obtain some new information within two months, but I do hope we will," Klebanov said.
