Russian law-enforcers have prevented two terrorist acts in Grozny. Two land mines were defused in the Chechen capital on November 9. The first land mine was planted on a side-road near the central market. The other one was found near the police station in the Oktyabrsky district of Grozny. Over the past 24 hours, police officers have conducted 20 special operations in Chechnya. They have found 11 arms and ammunition caches. Five radio stations were found in the nearby Vedeno. The devices were hidden in a hollow on the woody slope of a rock.
