A bus carrying about 50 passengers has overturned in the Arkhangelsk region in northern Russia. Anna Gelfand, press secretary to the Arkhangelsk region's rescue service, has reported that when a rescue group arrived on the scene, they found that all the passengers had escaped from the vehicle by breaking the windows. Only one woman was harmed in the accident and was subsequently hospitalised with an injured breastbone. The regional road service reported that black ice was most likely responsible for the crash.
