Terrorists have set on explosion a landmine in central Urus-Martan, Chechnya (a Russian Federation Republic).
The explosion was aimed against law enforcers, Head of the Urus-Martan district administration Shirvani Yasayev said. The landmine exploded when a militia car was passing by. The car managed to get through the dangerous area.
None of the car passengers were hit. 5 locals who found themselves in the epicentre of the explosion received fragmentation wounds. Among them was a woman and a militia officer, who had been on duty at a nearby crossroad. All injured people have been hospitalised.
Measures to arrest the explosion organisers are being taken now.
