Gang formation leader's messenger detained in Grozny

A gang formation leader Rizvan Chitigov's messenger was detained in Grozny. The republic's law enforcement agencies reported that the woman living in Grozny, born in 1964, was detained on the data received from locals. Her name is not specified in the interests of investigation.

Chitigov's gang grouping members committed a lot of crimes, in particular, against Grozny's civilians, robbing and setting on fire houses and apartments of local dwellers who cooperated with the authorities and killing them.

The detained has been also accused of twice transporting from regional center Shali to Grozny weapons and homemade explosive devices designed to commit subversive and terrorist acts in the republic's capital.

Whether or not the detained was involved in other crimes is being established.
