If Iraq has not followed its obligations, why can't the world see proof?

Has everyone forgotten the lies perpetrated upon the world by the US and UK governments? The British "dossier" that was copied from a college student's paper, the forged documents they used to try to show attempts to purchase nuclear material. They also say that resolution 1441 makes war legal. I've read it. Nowhere in that document does it say war. It says "serious consequences" Since when does serious consequences mean death? If Iraq has not followed its obligations, why can't the world see proof? The American way is the biggest lie the world has ever seen. The courts use the phrase "beyond a reasonable doubt" as a requirement to convict someone as guilty. Yet, the US dictators refuse to apply this principle that makes our country great, to actions that will murders many thousands of people. I only hope the world will actually stand up and bring true justice to the evil leaders of America that are being appeased by the UK and Spain, just how Hitler was appeased as he was invading in the 1930's.
