For all the negative remarks about America you have ommitted some points.

We know that we are not perfect, and we are aware of the Worlds opinions of us--which usually isn't very flattering. However, a person in America can still get ahead as a result of good hard work. Which is a great deal more than you can say for many other countries. Even when everything is working for you--it is still not easy but it is still possible.

No, coming to America doesn't insure happiness, but then--happiness comes from within.
