Anti-Semitic inscriptions and slogans supporting Lebanese terrorist group Hezbollah have appeared on the walls of 20 Jewish-owned shops in Rome. The criminals signed the inscriptions as “the armed revolutionary fascists”.
Some shop fronts were also damaged. In particular, locks on doors were filled with glue, nails had been hammered into shutters and there were swastikas drawn all over the walls.
According to the representative of Rome ’s Jewish diaspora, it is likely that the attack took place as a reaction to the Lebanese-Israeli conflict. The mayor of the city Walter Veltroni declared that the culprits would be found and would receive the punishment they deserved after a court trial. The police have not yet commented on the incident, inform the AP.
Meanwhile, on the border with Lebanon, the Israeli army has decided to invite some new, highly exotic allies to participate in the war against Hezbollah: South-American llamas.
Up until now, they had not been invited to join in the military action in the Middle East, as the Israeli army preferred traditional camels. But now they have switched to llamas.
As the Israeli soldiers explained, these animals can carry a load of up to 30 kilograms and they are obedient and unpretentious. They only need to be fed around twice a day, informs Izvestiya.
