A caviar vendor, who financed Chechen terrorists, was arrested in Dagestan
The Interior Affairs Ministry administration in Russia's southern administrative district told RBC, Russian police officers stopped a ZIL-131 vehicle in Dagestan. A large batch of black caviar weighing more than 300 kilograms was found in the truck. The cargo was worth 1 million 200 thousand rubles.
Policemen found out, the cargo belonged to a private businessman 44 years of age. Law-enforcement agencies said the entrepreneur was an adherent of the Wahhabi terrorist movement. He intended to transfer the profit from selling caviar to fund Chechen gunmen.
A criminal case has been filed to bring charges against the businessman.
