According to her, solving the crisis in the Donbass can only be possible by observing the Minks Accord, although violence and shelling still continues in the region.
OSCE representatives will need to obtain a possibility to move across the territories of the people's republics of Donetsk and Luhansk freely. In this case, it will be considered that the Minsk Accord is being observed to put an end to the conflict.
