On June 24, Little Big released the track Generation Cancellation and a video clip for it. The YouTube video caption calls for an end to hostilities in Ukraine.
The video alternates between shots of men in suits at a chessboard with soldiers acting as pieces, people whose heads are connected through pipes to the TV, people with their mouths closed with a zipper.
The Little Big website now states that the band is based in Los Angeles. Previously, the group criticized the special operation in Ukraine.
Little Big is a punk-pop-rave band founded in St. Petersburg in 2013. The team was supposed to represent Russia at Eurovision 2020, but the contest did not take place due to the pandemic.
