Happy personal life makes people fatter

People begin to gain extra pounds if they live in a happy marriage or maintain a long-term relationship, British researchers concluded.

As many as 62 percent of Britons have become heavier during the time that they spend with their lifetime partners. In addition, 75 percent of respondents said that their partners gained extra pounds as well. More than a half of respondents believe that they gain weight due to their diet and a bigger amount of food that they consume. The trend is more common among women.

According to experts, not to get fat from happy personal life, one needs to get a common hobby. For example, one can ride a bike together, jog in the morning or take evening walks. It will also be useful to adjust the diet regime.
