Guest-Workers Go on Chainsaw Massacre in Moscow Region

Two military men were assaulted by migrant workers at a local market in the Moscow region. The attackers mutilated their victims with a chain saw when the servicemen told one of the general laborers that his was selling low quality goods.

This gory violence occurred in the village of Palayevo, the Moscow region. The police are now looking for the assaulters.

According to the details of the investigation, around 4PM two officers of the Russian military forces off duty came to a trade showroom. A stranger came up to them and suggested they buy a chain saw from him. Maksim N, lieutenant colonel, age 33, and his colleague, major Dmitry M, age 36, refused. Then the laborer offered them to buy a cell phone from him.

The military men told him again that they were not going to buy anything from the stranger. They also added that his goods were most likely of low quality.

“Your goods are either stolen or cheap imitations,” explained one of the officers.

The laborer left, but as it turned out, held a grudge, says Life.ru. In about three minutes he came back accompanied by his 11 friends. The outraged crowd armed with baseball bats, chain saws and fixture pieces attacked the officers. “They cut my husband’s head and back with a chain saw. When he lost conscience, a salesperson who worked in the showroom managed to drag him inside and lock the door,” said the wife of the injured officer. The woman is convinced that the salesperson’s courage and compassion saved her husband’s life.

While the salesperson was calling the police, the crowd continued to victimize the lieutenant colonel. They badly hit him with their baseball bats, stabbed him with a knife in his stomach twice, and made 15 chain saw cuts on his body.

By the time the police arrived, the criminals had fled in several cars. Both injured officers are in bad condition in a military hospital. One of the officers is being prepared for a complicated surgery.

The police are conducting investigation and interrogating the witnesses.
