Head Of The US Central Command Tommy Franks Will Conduct Negotiations In Tashkent

The head of the US Central Command, General Tommy Franks, who carries out general guidance of the US military operation against Afghanistan, on Tuesday will arrive in Tashkent to conduct negotiations with the Defence and Foreign Ministers of Uzbekistan.
