Russia not to surrender Snowden to US

Sergey Kislyak, the Russian Ambassador to the US, claimed that Russia cannot surrender Edward Snowden, the former agent of the American special services to the US. Speaking at the School of Advanced International Studies of the Johns Hopkins University in Washington, Kislyak explained that, 'we have neither moral, nor legal right to do it'. The Diplomat also reminded that Russia and the US do not have an agreement on surrender of people who are suspected of crimes.
As Pravda.Ru reported, Edward Snowden released information in 2013 on the US global spying program. Washington regarded these acts as exposure of national defence data and accused him in absentia. In case he's found guilty, Snowden will face up to 30 years in jail or even death penalty.
