Japan fears Russian and Chinese ships at disputed islands

Japan is amazed at Chinese and Russian military vessels in the East China Sea near disputed Senkaku Islands. Islands are disputed by Japan, China and Taiwan. What about Russian vessels, they have been sailing near the Senkaku Islands before as well, and there is no problem here given international laws. The Chinese vessels have been also sailing there, but a military vessel was noticed for the first time. Vice Foreign Minister of Japan Akitaka Saiki claimed that authorities have very deep concern. For Japan it's unacceptable, the diplomat said, although Tokyo has no confirmation that the Chinese vessel violated Japanese territorial waters. Saiki noted that Japan would react to acts of China and Russia separately and would investigate maneuvers of foreign vessels. The Japanese authorities are gathering information in its anti-crisis centre, while the PM Shinzo Abe ordered to maintain close cooperation with the US military.
