China expands to Far East

Shipbuilding enterprises, as well as chemical and metallurgical industry factories may be shifted from China to the Russian Far East.
Rustam Makarov, Director of the Ministry for Development of the Russian Far East claimed that Russia "is ready to welcome the Chinese enterprises and create joint export-oriented industries in the Far Eastern territory".
New enterprises will get significant tax exemptions and administrative preferences.
China, represented by Zhou Jianping, Director of the Department for Industry Development of the North-East China's Provinces, notes that Beijing is ready to actively involve private and state companies in the realization of such projects.
