US to pay for fight against Russia

Barack Obama announced increase of expenditures for the so-called initiative on the strengthening of the European security.
"We're investing in capabilities that our military needs to deter aggression and defend our security and that of our allies, and this includes increases in our posture in Europe to reassure NATO allies in the light of particularly increased aggressive actions by Russia," Obama claimed.
Expenditures for defence from Moscow are to be increased almost four times in 2017, that is up to $3.4bln.
Obama also pointed out, that the US should fight against the Islamic State, Iran, and China.
