US Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter explained that confrontation with Russia did not depend on the policy of Vladimir Putin. According to Carter, the confrontation between Washington and Moscow may continue after the sitting Russian president leaves office. Carter is not certain whether Vladimir Putin can change his line of behavior.
NATO defense ministers are gathering this week in Brussels to analyze real opportunities of Moscow's nuclear potential.
