Chinese method to get rid of unsolicited advertising

The so-called "Chinese method” to fight unsolicited advertising is going to be introduced in Moscow bus stops.
The method was successfully implemented in Beijing in 2003, and now it is being used in several European capitals.

In China, install automatic calling to the phone numbers of unsolicited announcements, with the interval of several minutes. As soon as the person picks up a receiver, he/she hears the request to stop placing unsolicited announcements.

If an unsolicited advertiser stops his/her activity, automatic calling to their phone numbers will be stopped. If not, automatic calls follow more frequently,   and the phone number can be blocked.
