Rumsfeld must resign!
The 24 year old soldier who will soon be facing court marshall, is someone who is sworn by the United States Government, to follow orders.
These orders came from much higher up and Rumsfeld is the head of the Department. By letting the soldier take the fall, we are not supporting our troops.
US Defense Secretary Rumsfeld is the one who should be called on the carpet!
Rumsfeld is understandably distressed that the mission in Iraq, is not accomplished.
But, torturing Iraqi prisoners, sometimes to death to look for new leads, is simply unacceptable.
