Inter-Korean talks end a day ahead of schedule
The talks' closing session was moved up by several hours, and the North Korean delegation was to depart later Thursday - a day ahead of schedule, said South Korean delegation spokesman Yang Chang-seok. It was the first time for the Cabinet-level talks, the 19th such held between North and South, to end early.
