Serbia and Bulgaria hold military exercise toghether

The "Partnership 2006" exercise was carried out at a military training facility near the southern Serbian city of Nis, about 200 kilometers  southeast of Belgrade, local media said.

The Beta news agency said that the two countries' soldiers focused on actions taken in international humanitarian operations and peace missions, the AP reports.

Those included simulating border control, car bomb attacks and helping a military convoy pass through hostile environment, the agency said.
