Slovenia opens embassy in Montenegro
The opening ceremony was held in the Montenegrin capital, Podgorica, and attended by Slovenia's Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel and his Montenegrin counterpart, Miodrag Vlahovic, acording to the AP.
Vlahovic added that the fact that Slovenia is the first to open its embassy in newly independent Montenegro "bears huge symbolism."
