Leaders of Germany, France, Poland to meet in Germany for talks

The July 3 meeting of German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Jacques Chirac and Polish President Lech Kaczynski will be held in the eastern German city of Weimar, government spokesman Ulrich Wilhelm said.

It is part of a series of occasional three-way summits since 1991 under the auspices of the so-called Weimar Triangle, and the first since Merkel and Kaczynski took office late last year, according to the AP.
