New Zealand against North Korean missile test

The meeting, which is expected to take place on Friday but which officials said has not yet been confirmed, would add to the international pressure being brought on North Korea over its apparent moves to test fire a missile that is believed capable of reaching the United States.

New Zealand's ambassador-designate to Pyongyang, Jane Coombs, would raise the issue when she presents her credentials later this week, Foreign Minister Wintson Peters said in a statement, the AP reports.
