Abkhazian President Sergei Bagapsh, South Ossetian President Eduard Kokoity - also from a Georgian breakaway region - and Igor Smirnov, president of Moldova's Trans-Dniester region met for a second day Wednesday to mull how to withstand outside pressure against their independence aspirations, the AP reports.
